We do not provide credit repair or financial advice.

No Guaranteed Outcomes
● No guarantee of credit score changes

Reporting Limitations
● No fabricated rental history
● No estimated or projected payments
● No reporting without documentation
Corrections & Disputes
● Disputes are reviewed using original documentation
● Corrections are issued when appropriate
Service Modifications & Termination
● Services may be modified or terminated if terms are violated
● Accurate prior reporting remains valid
Limitation of Liability
● Liability limited to accurate handling of verified data
● No responsibility for third-party decisions
Additional Terms & Legal Disclosures
Domestic Data Furnishing LLC provides services limited to the verification and furnishing of rental payment and related consumer data to participating consumer reporting agencies in accordance with applicable laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Our services are strictly limited to lawful data furnishing activities and do not include credit repair, credit counseling, or any service intended to manipulate, alter, or directly influence consumer credit reports, credit scores, lender decisions, or consumer reporting agency determinations.
You acknowledge and agree that Domestic Data Furnishing LLC does not guarantee any specific results, credit score changes, approvals, or financial outcomes. Any impact on a consumer’s credit profile or score is determined solely by consumer reporting agencies and third-party lenders based on their independent policies and evaluation criteria, which are outside of our control.
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information and documentation necessary for the verification and reporting of rental payment history. Domestic Data Furnishing LLC is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or adverse outcomes resulting from information supplied by you that is later found to be incomplete, misleading, or incorrect.
If you believe information furnished by Domestic Data Furnishing LLC to a consumer reporting agency is inaccurate, you may dispute the information directly with the applicable consumer reporting agency or contact us to initiate an internal review. Any such review will be conducted in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable legal timelines and requirements, and corrections will be made when warranted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Domestic Data Furnishing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services, including but not limited to changes in credit outcomes, loss of data, or decisions made by third parties. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Domestic Data Furnishing LLC, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of [Wyoming], and the unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
